Stage 7 - Applying plastic mesh Measure the area of wall being rendered (allow for an overlap of approximately 100mm between sheets and round edges). Cut the pastic mesh.       Apply the mesh (using either nails, screws or spail gun)       Cut out windows and or other shapes not being rendered.       Stage 8 - Apply base render coat The first coat of render goes straight over the top of the mesh.
